Ball Durability
The work-horse of golf equipment testing, the Ball Durability system can test the durability and COR of golf balls and cores for both development
and quality assurance. Available options include a sophisticated tracking system that can eject items based on statistical data, catching failures
at their earliest.
Club Durability
Durability testing, peformance testing, shaft testing, face-mapping: the Club Durability can do it all, which is why it remains one of our
most popular systems. Our pneumatic braking system controls the recoil of the club without introducing stress on the shaft, making sure that
test results reflect the real-world durability of the equipment. The optional sequencer allows complicated, automated testing, controlling impact position, speed and the number of impacts.

Aerodynamic Ball Testing System (ABTS)
Formerlly known as the Ultra Ball Launcher (UBL), the ABTS accurately applies speed and spinrates to any golf ball for development and
testing of dimple patterns.
Automatic Ball Measurement System (ABMS)
The Automatic Ball Measuring System (ABM) consists of a variety of testing stations. The system integrates a SCARA style robot to move balls from station to station. Each test can be custom written to allow for different routines for many different styles of testing.
Club Head COR
The most accurate way to test the C.O.R. of a club head. Golf balls are fired at a set speed against an accurately positioned club head. Velocity of the ball is measured before striking the clubface, and after rebounding from the clubface.
Gen6
Precision, speed, repeatability and flexibilty, all in one table-top package. Flexible enough for any industry, the Gen6 is the latest version of our standard load frame most commonly used for golf ball and core compression testing. Test sequences are easily designed using the Google Blockly graphical scripting language. The Gen6 is easily calibrated and can complete a test routine in only four seconds.
Pendulum Tester
Using the pendulum testing apparatus, a golf clubhead is impacted several times by a small steel pendulum. A characteristic time between the clubhead and pendulum is recorded for each impact. The characteristic time is directly related to the flexibility of the golf clubhead.
Tee Loader
ADC has developed several Tee loading systems for various sports over the years, automating the loading process for more accurate and precise measurements. Our new economical Automated Tee Loader system features a five-axis robot mounted to a self-contained two-axis motorized movement in the x and y axis, as well as gross adjustment of 24 inches in the z axis, that is, up and down range.
Whacker
The ADC Whacker III is a single plane, single axis robotic arm that impacts a golf ball or core. The system automatically recovers the ball and cycles it through the system (Capable of 70 balls).
